What the fleet does for each client.

One setup per firm, then the same monthly work on every client file you bring. Prices depend on your clients, so we go through them on a call.

Every client

Included for every client

  • Daily clearing of the bank and card feeds, from each client’s history and your rules, starting on the first day of onboarding.

  • Reconciliation of every bank and card account with a live feed.

  • The close packet, a second-pass close check and the monthly financial statements with month-over-month notes.

  • Client questions drafted, and sent where you allow.

  • A morning summary of what was booked, what was held and why, and what waits on a client.

  • A before-image and readback on every change.

  • Upkeep: when QuickBooks, a bank feed or a payroll export changes, we fix the automation at no extra charge.

Your systems

Work we book from the systems you already use

  • Payroll, from the provider’s report or journal export.

  • Sales, from the summaries your clients’ point-of-sale or sales channels already produce.

  • Bills, through your bill tool’s QuickBooks integration.

We read those systems’ numbers. We do not run them.

Setup

Your firm’s setup

  • Your own agent fleet, work board, data folder and browser profile.

  • The team-member login and its MFA path.

  • Your approval rules, written down.

  • The client-question path, through a mailbox or a portal.

  • The nightly schedule, set to your day.

  • A walkthrough session with your reviewer.

On request

Quoted separately, if wanted

  • Catch-up work for months behind or a messy prior year.

  • Ledgers other than QuickBooks Online.

  • Foreign-currency books.

  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts with no feed and no statement.

Out of scope

Not something we do

Tax returns, payroll processing, sales-tax filing and advice to your clients. Those stay with your firm.

Book a call to go through your client list.

Bring one client file to a call, ideally one that takes your team the most time. We’ll walk through how the fleet would run it.
