Your firm runs on its own, walled off.
This page lists what is in place today. We don’t claim anything beyond it.
What is in place
Separate fleet and state.
Your firm gets its own agent fleet, work board, data folder and browser profile. A process running for another firm is refused your firm’s logins.
Credentials you control.
We use a dedicated team-member login in your accountant portal, with its own MFA. You can revoke it at any time.
Logins stored encrypted.
Logins are kept in the operating system’s encrypted credential store. Its access log records which login was used and when, never the value.
Hard stops.
Security codes, CAPTCHAs, account changes, deletions and complex client email stop and wait for a person. They are never worked around.
An audit trail on every write.
Each change is logged with a before-image and read back, so your reviewer can trace any entry.
Your reviewer decides.
Nothing reaches a client before your reviewer signs off on the month.
How the AI is used
The agents read and write your clients’ records through QuickBooks Online. To do that, they send the records they work on to the AI model providers that run them. If your firm has a written data-handling policy or an insurer requirement, bring it to the call and we’ll go through it line by line.
Professional responsibility
InTech prepares the books for your review. Your firm makes every final determination and keeps professional responsibility for what goes to your clients.
See it on one of your clients.
Bring one client file to a call, ideally one that takes your team the most time. We’ll walk through how the fleet would run it.
